V.A.D camp (day 2)

V.A.D Annual Training Camp day 2!!Early in the morning after the 'cheap' breakfast which only conatin two pieces of bread with some planta,was so not balancing our diet.LoL.Onli got carbohydrates and fat,sobx.
The first game we played right after our not-so-full breakfast,we played a game which have no name(all of our games have no names-.-").The game was like,7 of us have to stand on 4 chairs.At first was 3 but they change their mind.All 7 of us hav to stand on dat 4 chairs and have to move to the oppsite.It was hard cause we have to step on 3 of chairs and have to move the other 1 to the front so taht we can move forward.After reaching the next side,we have to 'kiap' the bread with our both knees and pass to the others without using hand!When we are coming back from the opposite side to the actual place,2 person from each group were asked to blind folded with bandages.If so,some sure wil fall but luckily they canceled it cause there were much obstacles in the middle of the 'journey' back around the field we're playing.
We cooked 'tauhu','ma ni chai'(hate it!),'wu chang rou'(duno y so funny name),and finaly the 'tauge'(we hav like abt Rm0.10's tauge cause it was so damn little!!)
After lunch,we had a while of talk about 'what a leader,member,kit should do during a Search And Rescue(SAR).Was nothing until the fun's coming!
Our team was the last to enter the SAR scene.It was a scene which a daughter,father,2 friends in a houz during CNY.The fireworks duno wad happened den the two girls fell down when dancing lion dance.I was offered to be the group leader since the youth unit learned more first aid than the VADs,but i rejected cause too much reponsibility.I was member number1,which treat Kay,a girl whom fell down when dancing lion dance in the house.She had a cut on her hand and leg.I've covered them with gauze and roller bandage.I thought that Diana would help her do a elivation sling but she din't!!She go see others and leave the casualty alone.I had to go on to the other casualties cause they din learn first aid much.The next situation was Eileen.She got an open fractured arm and i cant thk of ways to put in a round thing to hold the bone.But luckily Stephen knows how to do a donut.I put the donut into the porked out bone and bandage it with a roller bandage and leave her to Stephen to control.Then i proceed to the craziest casualty,my wife Jocelynn.She had a burnt upper arm so i made a badaging which i forgot the name.It was a sling on the aper arm.Especially for burnt casualties.The hardest part was i've to paly hide-and-seek with her.She keep running around the area.I was glad that it wasn't inside the school hall.It was at the prefect board's coridor which can seen by some of the band members which were practising.I can't believe i shouted at her then she finally stop crazy-ing.after that then i can do the badaging for her.The most serious guy,Boon Hung,unconcious.They said he was dead but i din't gave up.I did DRABC(DAnger,Response,Airway,Breathing and Circulation)I forgot to check the pulse for circulation after i checked the airway and breathing.Then i ask Stephen,Jeannine and Kai Sit to help me transoprt him on a blanket and then carry him on the stretcher and send to the amubulance.He was alive!!!Muahhaaha.
Klar,i think it's enough for this SAR.This is the most successful SAR i ever did among the 2 others last time.
